The studio is setup to help bands and individuals considering playing an instrument or do play but don't have a space due to noise restrictions. Rates are based on equipment costs/maintenance, electricity usage/costs and...rent.
Days and Times of Operation
We aren't a walk-in facility and operate via scheduled time only, however, we can have the studio available to you generally from 11AM to 11PM the same day (earlier or later times will require advance notice). Short notice bookings may not be available as the studio may be already booked. We do suggest booking in advance when you can lock in a day and time that works with your band mates.

STUDIO GEAR INCLUDED WITH YOUR BOOKING AND INSTRUMENT OF CHOICE
You have the option to bring your own gear - we know guitarists prefer their sound and drummers prefer pedals that are dialed into the feet and feel so feel free to bring anything you'd like!
Guitars (guitars or guitar pedals not included)
100w Randall RG1003H n matching 412 Cab Half Stack; 100w Katana Top/Bottom MKII Modeling Amp 1/4 Stack, Fender Deluxe (currently in repair), Kustom DFX100
Bass
Ampeg BA210v2 + 1 - STS Eminence 15" n Horn Cab (450w total output)
We also have guitar stands to accommodate 4 guitars
Keyboard (s) and Amp
Yamaha KXR300 Keyboards Amp (3 input) currently running a general Yamaha 66 Key Keyboard and a 66 Key Peavey Synth
Drums
4pc kit - 22" Kick, Snare, tom, floor tom, throne, single/double pedal. Cymbal package includes - Zildjian/Sabian - 3 crash, hi hats, 22" ride, 2 cowbells
PA Features/Setup
16 ch mixer - 5+ vocal mics on booms. FX channel. Phone connects via 1/8"/mini and bluetooth or bring your special adapter needs if a special adapter is required.
Studio/Facility
The studio has a clean waiting room, clean restroom, carpeted for foot comfort; seating for 6 (relatively comfortably). The waiting room has seating for 5/6 relatively comfortably. Ambient and other lighting in the facility and rehearsal room to set the vibe!

Note:
- We do have spare cables and used drum sticks for you to use free of charge in the event yours craps out during your session
- We do not offer strings or picks as they are more personalized to your feel/preference
- Drummers bring your pedals if you like but a single/double pedal is included in all packages
- Keyboardists feel free to bring your keyboards if you like but a Yamaha Keyboard and a Peavey Synth are available
for you to use
- In general, you can bring anything you like you have 15 minutes setup time and 15 minutes strike/tear
down time at no cost to you. If you don't have much to setup and strike the left over time can be used as rehearsal time at no
extra cost!
- There is enough parking for 4 cars in front and plenty more just just 2 doors down
Booking
Booking is simple, contact us via email (that's the best method) with your needs and we'll get back to you right away. Once you book, it is locked in and all yours! Please see cancellation requirements just below...
Cancellation Policy
We go by an honor system and hope you notify us at least 24-48 hours in advance if you need to cancel your session (s). When you book a time slot, it is reserved for you and we turn down others that are may want to book the same time slot. Last minute cancellations while turning down other bands looking to book the same slot we reserved for you causes us to lose revenue which affects the studios ability to operate which affects everyone. If last minute cancellations occur very often we may ask you for a 25% deposit. All deposits are deducted from the overall session cost and all deposits are refundable if you cancel your session in advance per the cancellation requirement (s). However, we too are musicians and understand sh!t happens!
