Having recorded material to showcase your music is a great way and basically the only way to promote yourself and your music. It's a great way to earn a few extra bucks as well as getting people to your gigs - the more people show up to your gigs the more potential you have to make extra money and get paid for your hard work and ROI.

• FREE - as noted above, 2 Room Mics into DAW (just two mics into laptop) to record your rehearsals

• FREE - we offer a couple of tripods with standard camera mounts (1/4" male screw connects) as well as cell phone mounts to video tape your rehearsals. Use more than one to get multiple angles and edit it together to create a music video!

 

The process for traditional tracking sessions:

• Record drums with 8 discreet channels 

• Then record guitars, bass, vocals, keyboards (also separately/separate sessions) while playing along to the prerecorded drum (or other) tracks

• Each session and player gets a headphone mix to play along to keeping the room quiet for each instrument being recorded

• When recording is complete the mix phase begins mixing instrument levels and applying EQ/FX

• Once the mix phase is complete your track (s) will be output to an MP3 or WAVE file for you to post anywhere and everywhere
